All prices are listed in Euros (€) and are subject to change with notice. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for applicable fees. Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial use, unless required by law. Trials and promotions may have specific terms. 4. License and Usage Rights We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Market360.io in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to: Resell, sublicense, or duplicate the Platform Reverse-engineer or extract source code Use our services to generate harmful or misleading content Violate any third-party social media platform's terms 5. AI and Content Generation Market360.io provides AI tools to assist with social media content creation. You retain ownership of the content you create but acknowledge that: You are responsible for ensuring content is legal, accurate, and does not infringe rights.
